Orders prepared with care
Each confirmed order is sourced and prepared around your agreed gifting requirements. Please review the quotation and approved details carefully before confirmation. Once confirmed, orders are generally final and change-of-mind cancellations, returns or refunds are unavailable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us so we can assess and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your applicable legal rights remain protected.
Personalised, made-to-order and food products
Personalised products, branded items, made-to-order hampers and food items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. Please carefully review the agreed contents, quantities, artwork, spelling and packaging before confirming your order.
Cancellation requests
Send any cancellation request promptly through the contact details below. A request does not automatically cancel an order. Once sourcing, customisation or production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Any cancellation arrangement and charges must be explained and agreed in writing; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering an issue, with your order reference, a description and available photographs. Keep the item and packaging where practical so the issue can be investigated. An unboxing video can assist an investigation but is not the sole condition for considering a claim.
Assessment and resolution
We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, fulfilment of missing items or another remedy required by law. Any remedy required by law, or separately agreed with you in writing, remains available.
Return arrangements
Please contact us before sending back any item. We will provide instructions and confirm the return arrangements. If the issue is attributable to us, we will bear reasonable return costs. Do not send items to an unconfirmed destination.
Refunds required by law or agreed in writing
Where a refund is required by law or expressly approved in writing, we will confirm the amount and processing arrangements and initiate it within the applicable legal timeframe or a reasonable period. The payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
